HIIT Can Give You the Body You’ve Always Wanted
HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training and it is becoming very popular. This method gets your heart rate up to burn fat without having you spend an hour on a treadmill or elliptical. What’s great about this training is that you can tailor it to your own level and needs. If you’re a beginner, do it for 5 minutes. If you’re a pro, you can go as long as 30 minutes (we don’t suggest going longer than 30-35 minutes). HIIT is perfect for people who are on the go and don’t have much time in the day to devote to exercising but still want to stay fit.
