We’ve found the tastiest low-calorie alcoholic drinks you can enjoy without the need to burn it off.
Mint Julep
Calories per glass: 185
Ingredients:
- 2oz Bourbon
- 2 tsp Water
- 1 tsp Sweetener
- 4 Mint Leaves
Method:
- Place the leaves in a jug and pour the bourbon and sweetener on top. Leave in the fridge for an hour
- Pour water into a glass and top with ingredients
- Stir and garnish with a leaf
Apple Martini
Calories per glass: 150
Ingredients:
- 75oz Vodka
- 75oz Apple liqueur
- 5oz Sour Mix
Method:
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice
- Shake well and pour into a cocktail glass
Lime Vodka
Calories per glass: 60
Ingredients:
- 2oz Light vodka
- 1 tsp Sweetener
- 1 Lime
Method:
- Add vodka and sweetener to a cocktail shaker
- Squeeze the juice from one lime into the shaker
- Shake well and strain into a cocktail shaker
Coconut Mojito
Calories per glass: 50
Ingredients:
- 2oz White rum
- 8oz Coconut water
- 4oz Mint
- 2 tbsp Simple syrup
- Sparkling water
- 1 lime
Method:
- Add all ingredients, except sparkling water and lime, to a cocktail shaker
- Shake well and pour drink into a cocktail glass
- Top with sparkling water and squeeze the juice from one lime into the glass
- Stir well
Pink Night
Calories per glass: 65
Ingredients:
- 3oz Sweet white wine
- 2oz Diet lemonade
- 1oz Sugar-free raspberry juice
- Mint leaves
- 1 Lime
Method:
- Add ice to a cocktail shaker and add all ingredients, except the lime
- Squeeze the juice from 1 lime into the shaker
- Shake well and pour into a glass
- Garnish with mint leaves
Raspberry Delight
Calories per glass: 70
Ingredients:
- 1oz Bourbon
- 1oz Dry vermouth
- 0.7oz Diet lemonade
- Coconut pieces
- Raspberry juice
- Blackberries
Method:
- Add ice to a glass and slowly pour ingredients into glass
- Stir well and garnish with blackberries and coconut pieces
