4 Days of Abs: Complete Abdominal Workout Routines

Don’t we all want to rock a toned stomach? Easier said than done. Well actually no, because we’ve created a few 10-minute workouts to choose from to spur your fitness routine.

These stomach-shredding routines will get you killer abs (along with a healthy, balanced diet).

Toning up on an empty stomach will energize you for the day and prevent you from getting a stitch. Rise and grind!

 

Workout One

Perform each of these moves for 30 seconds. Repeat this section five times.

 

Workout Two

Each exercise is 30-seconds long. Once completed, repeat moves.

 

Workout Three

This ab routine requires a stability ball. Using a ball involves your core working harder to keep you balanced, so you’ll feel the burn in no time.

Perform these exercises for one minute, broken up with short breaks to get into the next position.

 

Workout Four

These last set of moves require you to stand and will fire up your abs. Perform each move for 30 seconds and repeat.
