Why You Should Eat More Seaweed

Anything which is good for your heart health is worth trying. Research has found that seaweed can lower blood pressure and reduce the risk of a stroke. Many experts even believe that sea vegetables – such as seaweed – are more valuable to heart health than soil grown ones.

If you’ve ever seen people being slathered in brown liquid to reduce cellulite and remove toxins from their body, it’s seaweed that’s the main ingredients. Hop to a spa, rather than making your own mixture, as it needs to come from a reputable source.

As seaweed is packed with vitamins and minerals, it’s the perfect substitute to ibuprofens for a hangover or cold and flu medicines you’re feeling ill. Drinks containing seaweed clear the body of its toxins and filter out the badness from the goodness.
