1 Cup breadcrumbs=1 cup almonds
A flour tortilla = Corn tortilla / leaf of lettuce
Hamburger Bun = Roasted portabello mushrooms
Lasagna = Thinly sliced zucchini
Mashed potatoes = Mashed cauliflower
Flour Pasta = Whole wheat pasta/ Brown rice pasta/ Spagehetti squash
Crackers = Sliced apples, cucumbers, peppers
White Flour = Almond flour/ flaxseed meal
Rice = Quinoa
Tomato Sauce = Diced tomatoes
